Mr. David Vannicola studied architecture at Carnegie- Mellon University where he, along with his fellow classmates, produced basics design works that were puiblished in the Ulm Journal of Design, Ulm Germany and later archived in the Museum of Modern Art, NYC.
After working with the architecural firms of William Steiner Huff, Robert H. Burdett and Walter Roberts Associates, David returned to New England to Join Deck House, Inc.
Starting as an architectural draftsman, David soon became the Design Studio Manager, then Design Service Manager, and finally Senior Field Designer, a position he held for thirteen years. His works included The Homestead Collection, The Heritage Collection, The 7900 Series, The Mountain House Collection and The Long Island Collection all of which were featured in the Deck House Portfolio.  Many of his custom projects have been published as articles in House Beautiful, Home Magazine, Sunset Magazine & Metro House, among others.
More recently, Mr. Vannicola has foundednorth42designs.
